Tom has been married to his wife, Suzanne, for 43 years. They have two grown children, Rachel and Haden, and three granddaughters—Juliet Faye, Audrey Jane, and Elsie Kate.

He is a Partner at Dry Law, LLC and serves as a Pastor and Elder at Canton Bible Church. Tom earned his B.A. and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, and his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He spent five years as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida.

Beyond his legal career, Tom is deeply engaged in the community. He is a member of the Republican Club of VZC, ministers at Union Gospel Mission Homeless Shelter and Country Place Senior Living, and is the former Board President of Hope Pregnancy Center.

In his free time, Tom enjoys spontaneous weekend getaways with Suzanne to Galveston and Denison, spending time with his family, and especially jumping on the trampoline with his granddaughters.
